Labetkomp x Highartisan TM2 stem and sleeve pack - Grateful Dead

leather sleeve and stem combo pack that includes a hand made leather sleeve made by Labetkomp (@labetkomp on Instagram) and a glass stem made by myself.

approximately 4 inch Tinymight Glass stem with 4 marbles. Stem has a blown mouthpiece on top. Stem can not be used with external mouthpieces. stem is designed to use a basket screen. 

Comes with 1x custom tm basket screen

Easy to dress/undress thanks to 2 snaps.
Allows to reduce the heat sensation on the hands.
